PUBG Mobile Challenger Cup By FACEIT Announced: Check Details

The ESL FACEIT Group company FACEIT, which hosts esports competitions, has announced its entry into the competitive PUBG MOBILE market.

This year, FACEIT formed a number of high-profile alliances with esports groups, working with groups like 9INE, Astralis, and Movistar Riders to provide their supporters access to exclusive content and in-game products.

The ESL FACEIT Group also revealed a Call of Duty: Mobile series and increased the size of its Snapdragon Pro Series mobile esports competition, indicating gradual steps towards more participation in mobile esports.

Later in August, the organization will host the PUBG MOBILE Challenger Cup, as well as daily cups that reward players with FACEIT points.

The most played battle royale esports game of 2022 is PUBG MOBILE, and it is popular across the globe.

A partner-based esports league exists for PUBG MOBILE as well. In addition to Team Secret and RRQ, FaZe Clan is one of the 15 teams chosen for the first season.

The inclusion of PUBG MOBILE to FACEIT’s platform will first be focused on smaller-scale PUBG MOBILE cups as well as a bigger Challenger Cup in the EMEA area, according to the company’s announcement.

This is one of the largest mobile releases on FaceIT to date, according to Milos Nedeljkovic, Director of Product Marketing for ESL FACEIT Group.

He said, “This is our first collaboration with the PUBG MOBILE community and one of the biggest mobile launches on FACEIT to date.

This move is just another step towards our long-term strategy of building open, aspirational, rewarding, and sustainable esports ecosystems by leveraging our platform technology and decades of experience.”

Early August to mid-September 2023 will see the Challenger Cup, which will feature a €10,000 (£8630) prize pool.

The daily cups will be available in solo, duo, and squad forms and offer FACEIT points that, if desired, may be exchanged for in-game money in PUBG MOBILE.
